Mr. Yip Choy is a retired businessman with over 37 years’ experience. He began his career in 1976 as Managing Director of a company called Sweetheart Cakes Ltd. which was subsequently renamed Kiss Baking Company Ltd. Mr. Yip Choy also served as the Managing Director of Caribbean Development Company and Angostura Holdings Limited.

Ms. Alexander has been a finance professional for over 20 years during which she has developed a keen expertise in conducting in-depth analysis of potential investments and analyzing market conditions. She currents heads Sales and Asset Management.

He is a member of the Wilton Park Caribbean 2030 Leaders Network and was appointed to the National Tripartite Advisory Council (NTAC) in February 2016. He is currently the CEO of AMCHAM T&T.

Mr. Braun has more than 30 years' experience in the Finance sector. Early in his career, he successfully financed, built and sold Precision Transportation, a multi-million-dollar US transportation company. He was then recruited to a publicly traded financial company where he marketed and sold complex trade financing solutions.

Mr. Hilton-Clarke is the Founder and Managing Partner of Inspiration Laboratories, a firm focused on advancing early-stage ventures and helping later stage companies expand internationally. Previously, he co-founded Confida Corporation, a management consulting firm specializing in leadership team development & strategic initiatives implementation

Sueann has over 8 years of corporate secretarial, governance and compliance experience including board governance, governance assessments and compliance reporting as well as handling investigations and regulatory agency inquiries. She holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of London, and is a Professionally Accredited Corporate Secretary.
